The types of students I have noticed on the OSU campus:
-The people that always have headphones on. Because, as we all know, life would be so rough if we didn't get to listen to music during a 15 minute walk [:-)].
-The bike riders. Because walking is so not cool. (I'm actually a teeny bit jealous of these ones. Bikes get you around a lot faster... but I am not coordinated enough to actually ride).
-the annoying jock boys who like to push each other and smack each other around.
-the geeks, who carry their laptop cases and talk to each other about video games
-the freshman girls. a lot of these can be recognized instantly because they are almost always dressed up. short skirts, makeup, the whole nine [;-D]. (Лен, а что такое "the whole nine"?)
-the people that smoke while they walk. because waiting would be too hard.
-the hippies. they're always talking about strange things, and/or playing hacky sack.
-the cell phone talkers. walkind around talking on the phone. (i'm one of these people).
-the people that ride bikes while talking on the phone. i'll never understand that one.
-the ground lookers. these people never take their eyes off the ground. i don't blame them... the ground might suddenly disappear if not carefully watched[:-)].
-the foreign students. always talking LOUDLY in some language or another. always hang out with their own kind.
-the "g-thug ballerz". these boys say things like, "YYEEAAAHHHH" because they think they're lil john.
-the people in wheelchairs that run me over
-sorority/fraternity people. must be wearing shirts with their letters, and girls must be carrying purses with their letters.
AND LAST, BUT NOT LEAST...
-the parking lot stalkers, who will follow you all the way across campus just to get your parking spot.
